Fruit is not bad for you. I eat fruit all day long. ALL DAY.

Every morning I drink a smoothie that is filled with 7-8 bananas and loaded with dates. I eat any type of fruit I can get my hands on throughout the day then eat cooked starches at night time.

I love my carbs and I am real lean and fit and keep in mind I smash in the carbs every day. No calorie restriction here. Keep eating fruit!!! Your body will thank you.
