They said in their book Koontz and O'Donnell that the bases from an operative perspective to be successful in the administration were based on the following principles: planning, organization, integration, management, leadership and control. After so many years of studying this theory, I think it is still valid. If we take into account these administrative principles, we have a secure future in some companies.
