It is possible sometimes that someone sells for less than spot but the risk is too high. I bought 300 Philharmonics all via the same respected dealer Thesilvermountain here in NL. If size and weight are ok it is probably real as it does not pay off to fraud bullion silver. (Gold it does!)
I will take a check at the silver Mountain as well. I remember thinking the prices were higher than at goldsilver.be?
Yes , they are not cheap. But in 2014 I did not have "international" experience.
