I see the pun in pieces of eight, or rather multitudes of 8 in the coin. But silver is silver, no matter the shape, still an oz of silver.
Same with the dog too. Even if it is a rat, does not change the fact that it is another 1 oz of silver!

I'd love to win them! Perhaps have them melted for some pours!
