My Time Managing Theory for Up-Voting, should keep Precious, The Silver Mermaids Voting Power up between 96 and 100% at all times... It takes two hours or 120 Minutes to regain a single 100% Up-Vote Power... So, in 9.00 hours you can up-vote 18 Gold Tier Members at 60% leaving Precious with 15 hours... Next would be the 10 Silver Tier Members at 40% will take 3.34 hours, leaving Precious with 11.66 hours... Next, will be the 27 Bronze Tier Members at 25%, will take 5.625 hours, leaving Precious with 6.035 hours... The 17 Lead Tier Members with a 15% up-votes will take 2.125 hours, leaving Precious with 3.91 hours... The remaining 79 Basic Members, with an up-vote of 4%, will take 2.63 hours... This leaves Precious, The Silver Mermaid with 1 and 1/4th hours to spare to go back up to 100 Voting Power for the Next Day of Up-Voting...

Gold at 60 % instead of 52 %
Silver at 40 % instead of 22 %
Bronze at 25 % instead of 7 %
Lead at 15 % instead of 4 %
Basic at 4 % instead of 2 %

Not only will the Percentages be Higher, but they will be made at the Highest Possible Voting Power, between 96 and 100%...

I hope you know how to program this Theory... I sure wouldn't know how...
