Oh man... We just barely scratched the surface of high school in this episode! We both have plenty more embarrassing stories we could share - I can promise you that.
It's funny how I haven't thought about some of these people in ages. It was pretty weird to walk back down memory lane and dredge up all the awkward teenager stories.
I hope you guys enjoy this episode! Mary and I went to the same high school - but are too separate in age to have been part of each other's high school experience.

What is the Steem Sister Show All About?
We aim to bring more “non-crypto” related content to the Steem Blockchain. Although there is nothing wrong with this kind of content (@corsucate even posts on crypto related material sometimes) – we want to help create a better onboarding experience for new users. We talk a lot about attracting new users to the platform – but if the trending page is filled with crypto posts and flagging wars, they are likely to lose interest quickly.
We hope that by creating content that is more similar to what they are used to seeing on other social media sites – they will feel more excited about being here and creating content of their own!
How Does It Work?
We pick a different topic every episode, and then throw totally random questions about that topic in a hat and go back and forth. We always have a mix of our own questions and some audience questions. Our rule is that we cannot tell each other our answers before filming! So you guys are getting our raw, unfiltered reactions here.
Every episode we announce the next week’s topic so people can submit questions.

I've already gone through this phase and I've collected ups and downs there. I met lots of nice people, I had a good time and some bad times too. It served my learning and growth.

Soooo.. I don't mean to be rude, but that little shark fish in the background might have been the star of this show. 100% enthusiasm from that guy! Energy plus! Speaking of energy, you did so well with a studio audience!! I think I would have been so weird... amazing!

I went to a Boys Catholic high school which I definitely wasn't a fan of. Most of the really popular dudes still all hang out with each other, I kinda think high school was so great for them that they never really moved on.
I didn't go to my high school reunion either... I actually went to paintball that same day, which was super fun but massively brutal, and I fell asleep and woke up at like 11pm with literally 56 missed calls. The few two years of high school were kinda hard for me, my highschool was super far away and everyone was superbesties from kindergarden and kinda rich.
Mary's prom story was just spectacular! and then topped by Minivan drifting!!
Ahhh, honestly, I think I could fill this whole page with Would You Rathers... how big is this blockchain?
Alright, let's go with... this feels a little bit mean but...

Mary definitely had some good stories! hahah we may need do a round 2 on high school one of these days.
Also THE SHARK!! haha so good. it almost makes me want to get a fish tank so I can have that as a backdrop for all my videos. It was a little wierd having a live audience. I think it took us a bit longer to relax into the conversation. By the second show (which I'll post tomorrow) we are all loosened up. hahah I have SO many outtakes from that one. I am actually trying to upload the outtakes right now - but Dtube doesn't seem to be working for me.
