Notes

  • Rough estimate puts me at 15 tons volume ;>
  • Tried to get some cardio in post-lift...1.5 minutes on the elliptical machine...was just out of juice
  • I'll be moving away from the ab machine and the back extension machine, and using a variety of free weight/body weight exercises to replace these.
  • My overall weight isn't changing at all, and neither has my eating habits. I need to do another body fat percentage test and hope there is some positive movement there.
  • Going slow this week; only two lift sessions and maybe some swimming tomorrow
  • I still need to jump on the @actifit Discord and see how to integrate this kind of work with their system.

TACOS FTW!!!

One of my favorite movies, and
https://greatist.com/move/isometric-exercises, why wear out your joints and pay to do it?

because I am grossly fat and physically weak

The iso exercises you have shared are worth a look, but I need to either put down the fork OR put in a lot of work

I vote for tacos ;>

There's always bath salts or Meth, it seems you need to focus on killing your appetite ‹•.•›

but then I'll start eating people's faces, and that is a high calorie treat...lol

You watch to much sensationalism on TV, all you'll do is go hard in the paint doing isometric exercises.

Weights a hard thing to lose. I’ve been working on it all year. I just finally started going to the gym and figuring out weights last week. It’s a bit of a learning curve though. For now, I’m just sticking to the machines.

my family pitched in a got a contract for a trainer, which makes a lot of difference

I have been learning some things on my own, but you are right on that learning curve...and its even more difficult with the often contradictory information you can get on the web.

I been at this for 9 months from now, so i want to share that you should keep at it even if you dont think you are getting results

Thanks. I’m nine months in now too, and I don’t plan on stopping. I started with an isometrics type program that did three intervals of three minute training, then got into walking with hand weights and other exercises. Now I’m running, walking, doing isometrics, and recently getting into the gym. It keeps evolving. Having a trainer would be nice. I’m also trying to lose weight without altering my diet much. I just want to focus on fifteen minutes of focused, daily activity. While the weight isn’t dropping off quickly, it’s been steadily declining, and my waist has shrunk quite a bit.

for me, the benefits have been more in feeling good

I am still tired all the time, but I feel better...

IDK if that makes any sense lol

It does. There are different kinds of fatigue. And exercise can improve your mood in a lot of ways. I have found that I feel a lot less tension from day to day since I’ve started doing this. That’s been a big benefit too.

we might not die with our boots on, but we will die with our gym shorts on!

Stop all exercise, and live off steemit rewards... the pounds will fall off you - I guarantee it!
