Thanks. Somewhat, yes in a way, according to taste, followed by traditional thinking 🤣 true fact is, human body processed fully cooked eggs 100%. The less it was cooked, the less our body can absorb, especially the egg whites with full protein supply. And, bread itself is a double processed food. Added with kaya and butter these kind of overly sugarized spread, so yeah it's kinda overly healthy in terms of energy 🤣 Don't get me wrong, merely furnishing you some fact. I still adore with the taste of these "healthy" food 😂
