They were from the local cheap shop I bought them because they have sturdy sides and lids. They're 9 litre capacity I'm just guessing at the best size at the moment.

ok, I might give that a try too because I've been struggling with pots - all of mine have drain holes and so I'd just put it in the 'I'll sort that out later' pile... lol
