We can all dream. Why not dream about if you had five million Steem. A vast majority may have done similar when taking a chance on the lottery or a scratch card. I wonder how many could keep to the plans they make before winning. The things we would do and would not do. Things change when you have that kind of money, personal or the responsibility of holding it.

Why do you do anything on Steem? The potential for the rewards. Although some community's have grown, I do not think any have reached the potential they hold. The growth to any and all is dependant on the people who use the Steem chain. There should be an expected on-boarding of some people with a rise in the value of Steem. YAY! for the forethought with the Minnow Project. Hopefully this will provide the ability to keep more new comers around.
Why Steem? not somewhere else? Maybe we have become accustomed to Steem from the time we have spent here and fail to see the reasons why not of the new comer. In every project I see or hear about. One thing is common. The need for a vote or support of some kind. Delegation donation vote resteem or make a post about it. They all come back to generating some finance for the cause. I have always had the thoughts why not build what will pay for other things instead having a recurring cost negate the costs to expand support. The bottom line is always the dollar.

Various costs come in to play that need to be replenished. This is before we even count any labour costs. Systems can work to the benefit of this with a community/foundation/company (in this post I will say The Firm in reference to foundation or company. The Firm is very simple, it provides valued resources or services to consumers at a reduced cost. Energy Water Accommodation Education (availability of information) Medical care just to begin. The majority of the people who gain from this project I will probably never even meet. I want to be part of a team that grows this Firm. I want to be there so I can give more.

We may not be owed a life by the world.
The society we create does owe us.
We in turn owe the future generations. Should we even consider those who are not here yet?

Okay, let's pretend I have five million Steem.

I want to be working on other things, not chasing people to vote on them, so the vote would be automated. This in turn would vote to a number of accounts. Those accounts would be the Title or the name of the project direction. A sub Firm you might say.

The first one would develop industry in the physical world that can provide remuneration to The Firm. Incoming finance from these Firm's would be powered up providing growth to the account. Investment funding would be taken from liquid Steem generated by the account. This would start with Energy and a view to property. The property account would begin to grow slowly while the Energy account. This account would be third tier. The main account supporting X number of accounts. The energy account being one of those accounts. The projects it gets involved in will be funded by the finance generated from the account with support of a vote from the main Firm account. As business development expands and varies to different industry there will be a need to keep funding for each project separate. Like the division from the main account to X accounts under the Energy account will eventually become one of the accounts supported from that account.

This same type thing would happen in other area's too. Account's supported from the core account grow and gain the ability to support accounts under them rather than being involved in all the projects.

An account for development of app's can be made and under it X number of projects working on different app's. Published progress reports could be a means of reward for employment.

Curating efforts. Again, one account supported from the main account begins to divide its vote to various areas where curating might be needed. This I believe also opens the door of opportunity to employ professional people to work on the chain curating, Maybe even get some celebrity curators.

Maybe even a Steem TV, where support is given to develop shows that can run regular. If we watch them the numbers will show, the numbers them self will bring interest from outsiders.

A newbie welcome support account. again can divide itself to fit various aspects or multiple outlets to welcome new people to the community. Not like previous efforts were it felt like just get people to discord.

There are numerous other titles which can be added. No need to list all my favourites.

I listed Medical care and Education above. There are other things which should be made available for people too. Those I did not list in the accounts supported, I think they should be subsidised by the profits that return to the main account. With time I believe a reliance for finance to cover all the costs of The Firm will be remunerated from the physical world industries.

Make use of the things we use now to pay for the things we will need.
