The idea behind The Inner Blocks is to encourage and support the whole person behind the content. What we consider "blocks" are the many different aspects of our personality. The things that make us...us!
We believe that each individual is responsible for their own well being. That could be physical, mental or spiritual. Whether it is caring for themselves and providing food and firewood for their family, or participating is self care with yoga and natural medicines. There is no limit to what wellness could mean. We hope to encourage others to live their lives consciously. To make decisions that result in them actually living their lives!
We also regularly support first hand experiential content. Posts made about an experience. Not just information, but doing something, living life.
This week we will be giving updates on our dApp and meeting with our amazing community members!
We are really excited to let everyone know the exciting features that our coming to the website. As we've been chatting with our developer, we've been getting a lot of great productive feedback. It's been amazing to see the potential of the Inner Blocks begin to take shape!

We have them every Tuesday at the same time. We did miss a few weeks, but that wasn't intentional haha. We should be posting the recording soon!
