Hmm I think inspiration usually is just what's one your mind. I think art - writing, drawing, whatever - can sometimes be really beneficial because you get to know what's on your mind, you know, deep down...something you maybe weren't aware of..
At least, I think so.
I agree. when people spend too much time sourcing their views from the world, they do not get to know themselves and what they are tailored for.
