Turkish Community Needs Your Support

Dear Steemit members;

I'm writing this post to inform you about what we have done, as both the Turkish curator team and Turkish community, and things we could and we couldn't accomplish. And I want to kindly ask you for your support to the Turkish community by taking these into consideration. Our tag is ' #tr '.
First of all, unlike the previous systems, we have been elected by the members of our community to serve as curators. The nominees were present by users and curators were selected by the secret ballot voting method. After this process, I, @necrosahin, and @nomad88 were selected as the curators of the Turkish community. But @nomad88 unfortunately, quit his job as curator by his own will, mostly because of not having enough time for his personal affairs. During the period of being a curator, he had been in many attempts and actions for the development of our community. I thank him for his efforts and support. I want to clarify that we had been working in harmony and him quitting was not about the community or his job of being a curator.

What We Have Done

  • We have come up with a delegation system with the purpose of separating the active users from the passive ones. I want to underline the fact that our moderators on our Discord channel which had been created by @readmore and has become a meeting point for Turkish community had a leading role in this event.

  • faq

  • The @trbooster bot, which has been made by @keepcalmandread, supports the members of our community without aiming for profit. Delegation rewards have been sent from the older users to the new ones and this will continue on. Of course, these delegations are limited by the power that our community has.
  • black-list

  • We have set up a grievance mechanism to fight against spam, plagiarism etc. mainly in the ' #tr ' tag that we use, thanks to @damla who is in contact with @steemcleaners. As most of us know, especially the new users don't have enough information on how to contact @steemcleaners. We have set up a ' black-list' channel on discord which is also actively used. In this channel, we have gathered all the complaints of spam, plagiarism etc. from the users and notified SteemCleaners through @damla. Every member of our community, especially the newcomers, has been informed about not doing plagiarism, spam etc. with great effort and many instructive posts have been created about this topic. In short, our position on unwanted behavior in Steemit is strict and clear. No unwanted behavior has been and will be tolerated.

  • Articles on spam, plagiarism etc.

    The interaction in Turkish community has increased and will continue to increase each day. We can show the ' #tr ' tag making it to the trending tags after a long while as the most evident proof of this.

    What We Couldn't Accomplish

    Some members of our community may have made some mistakes. But, not getting enough support for this beautiful community is making us very upset. We, as a community, learn a lot from our mistakes. And in this new system that we built, we have tried to show everyone that we are doing everything with great transparency. We have recovered. Our only need is a strong support. A support that we think we have proven to deserve. I sincerely thank @ausbitbank who did not withhold his support for us and let us down, and also @aggroed who let us use the bot he made for Turkish community despite all the things that happened. We are a growing community. But, we aren't powerful enough to sport the good, high-quality works. We are putting a great effort into this. We have tried to contact many whales/witnesses or even @ned, but we received very few replies, positive or negative. We have tried to contact @ned on many platforms but, I'm not sure if we were able to reach him.

    What We Request

    In conclusion, I want to say that, being a community which has created a very interactive atmosphere, away from unwanted behavior and which constantly fights against these, which is working hard to welcome new members on board, training and making them an active member of the community as fast as possible, hard-working, devoted, without selfishness, in short; being community that tries to add value to Steemit, we are open to any type of your support for us. I'm hoping that you won't reject our request from you.

    The earnings of this post will be used for community purposes!

    Değerli Steemit üyeleri;
    Bu yazıyı hem Türk topluluğunun Küratör ekibi, hem de türk topluluğu olarak neler yaptık neleri başardık/başaramadık onları açıklamak için kaleme alıyorum.

    Öncelikle daha önceki sistemlerden farklı olarak biz küratör ekibi olarak topluluğumuz tarafından seçilerek bu görevi üstlendik. Topluluk içerisinde kapalı oylama usülü bir oylama tertip edildi ve bir aday gösterme süreci yaşandı. Tüm bu süreçlerin sonucunda ben, @necrosahin ve @nomad88 Türk topluluğunun Küratörleri olarak seçildik. Bu konu da bir ilki yaşadığımızı özellikle belirtmek isterim. Ancak @nomad88 çoğunlukla kişisel işlerine vakit ayıramamaktan ötürü küratörlük görevini kendi isteğiyle bıraktı. Görev yaptığı süre içerisinde de tüm topluluğun faydasına birçok girişimde ve eylemde bulundu. Bu konu da kendisine de teşekkür ederim. Beraber bir ekip olarak güzel bir uyum yakalamış olduğumuzu ve bu görev bırakmanın topluluk ya da küratörlük ile ilgili olmadığını belirtmek istiyorum.

    Topluluğumuz içerisinde yeni üyelerin desteklenmesi ve aktif üyelerle pasif üyelerin birbirinden ayrılabilmesi maksadıyla bir delegasyon sistemini yürürlüğe koyduk. Ayrıca bu aşamada daha önce @readmore tarafından kurulmuş olan ve Türk topluluğunun buluşma noktalarından biri haline gelen Discord kanalında bulunan moderatör arkadaşlarımızın öncülüğünün altını çizmek istiyorum. @Keepcalmandread tarafından kurulan @trbooster botu ile topluluğumuzun üyeleri kar amacı güdülmeden desteklenmektedir. Eski üyelerden, yeni ve aktif üyelere delegasyon ödülleri verildi ve verilmeye devam edilecektir. Tabi ki bu yapılan delegasyonlar topluluğumuzun imkanları dahilinde gerçekleşen miktarlardadır.

    Aktif olarak kullandığımız "tr" tagı başta olmak üzere spam, plagiarism vb. mücadele konusunda @steemcleaners ile irtibat halinde olan üyemiz @damla sayesinde bir şikayet mekanizması oluşturduk. Birçoğunuzun bildiği gibi @steemcleaners a nasıl başvurulabileceği konusunda öncelikle yeni üyeler yeterli bilgi sahibi değil. Bu sebeple yine aktif olarak kullandığımız Discord kanalı üzerinden bir karaliste bölümü oluşturduk. Bu bölümde tüm üyelerimizin spam, plagiarism vb. konularla ilgili şikayetleri topladık ve @damla sayesinde bildirimi sağladık. Başta yeni üyeler olmak üzere her üyeye plagiarism, spam vb. yapmamaları maksadıyla büyük bir efor sarfedilerek eğitimler verildi ve bu konu da birçok eğitici yazı hazırlandı.Kısacası Steemit üzerindeki usulsüz davranışlara karşı tavrımız açık ve nettir. Hiçbir usulsüzlüğe müsaade edilmemiş ve edilmeyecektir.

    Türk topluluğu içerisinde etkileşimimiz artmış ve gün geçtikçe artmaya devam etmektedir. Bunun en büyük kanıtı olarak da, uzun bir aradan sonra "tr" tagının trend taglar arasına girmesini gösterebiliriz.

    Topluluğumuzun belirli bir kesmi hatalar yapmış olabilir. Ancak bu güzel topluluğa yeterli desteği alamamakta bizleri fazlasıyla üzmektedir. Biz topluluk olarak hatalarından ders çıkaran bir topluluğuz ve yeni kurduğumuz sistemde her türlü şeyi büyük bir şeffaflıkla yürüttüğümüzü herkese göstermeye çalıştık. Biz toparlandık. Tek eksiğimiz güçlü bir destek. Artık hak ettiğimizi düşündüğümüz bir destek. Destek aşamasında bizleri kırmayarak desteklerini esirgemeyen @ausbitbank ve Türk topluluğu için yapmış olduğu botu tüm bu olanlara rağmen kullanmamıza müsaade eden @aggroed'e teşekkürü bir borç bilirim.

    Sonuç olarak biz her geçen gün büyüyen bir topluluğuz. Ancak güzel olanı, kaliteli olanı destekleyecek güce sahip değiliz. Biz bunun için büyük bir çaba sarf ediyoruz. Bu kapsamda birçok whale/ witness 'e hatta @ned'e bile ulaşmaya çalıştık ama olumlu ya da olumsuz olarak çok az sayıda geri dönüş alabildik. @ned'e birkaç platform üzerinden ulaşmaya çalıştık ancak kendisine ulaşabildik mi emin değilim açıkçası.

    İşin özü bu güzel ve uyum içerisinde bir ortam yakalamış, usulsüzlüklerden uzak ve her türlü ususlsüzlükle savaşan, yeni üyeleri arasına katmak ve eğitip bir an önce aktif bir üye haline getirmeye çalışan, çalışkan, özverili ve fedakar yani Steemit'in kendisine değer katmaya çalışan bir topluluk olarak sizlerden gelecek her türlü desteğe açık olduğumuzu bildirmek istiyorum. Bizlerin bu isteğini geri çevirmeyeceğinizi umut ediyorum.

    I'm still a beginner in steemit.

    I have received great support and assistance from the Turkish community, since the time I first registered. I thank them for that.

    I was very contented that There were some friends that helped and supported me.

    Without them, I would lose my way and do wrong things. Particularly, I was surprised and happy When I noticed that Turkish documentation were available.

    Human beings are inclined to do wrong. However, these wrongs can be minimized by providing assistance and support.

    Managers of #tr tag are very informed, interested and supportive.

    As turkish community, We always support each other and we will continue to do that. I thank you all my friends for their efforts. I am thankful for all the people helped when I was a newbie to steemit.

    We don't have any problem with anyone whatsoever. We're having a lot of fun. I was using Facebook, Twitter before, thanks to TR team I am using that time in steem ecosystem now. With all that effort into the community, we will always rise. We will be active, we will put quality content into the scene, we will support each other.

    “Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything.” ― Muhammad Ali

    We didn't learn our friendship at school. We learned it by helping each other, supporting each other, having fun together. I am shocked there were people had indicated we're seperated. Let's finish this touching message, with a better quote:
