Fruit and Veggies in Bangkok Malls !!
Fruit and Veggies are a abundance in Thailand no matter what part of Thailand you are in there are many open street markets that you can stroll through but sometimes you like the comfort of been able to stroll through a air-conditioned luxury mall.
Shopping malls are also a abundance in Thailand and you are never to far from a shopping mall and they always look so inviting like going to a theme park and you will always find a great store full of fresh fruits and veggies. Today i am going to take you for a tour around the Trendy Esplanade Mall.
This mall is one of my favorite shopping malls you don't need GPS direction to get around this mall like others massive ones i have seen in Bangkok it is a rather neat size mall that does have everything you might need.
It has just the right amount of coffee shops , restaurants with Japaneses , Chinese , European and of course Thai foods.
I always love the way they display there menu very artistic all hang on a display wall made in plastic with the right coloring almost looks real and the price tags are shown is which i like.
Now lets get away from all the coffee shops and restaurants and let me show you the real reason i bought you here the fruit and veggie supermarket are you ready to absorb all these magical fresh colors.
This particular supermarket called "Tops Supermarket" you will find them in most major shopping malls they are well known in Thailand for their varieties of daily fresh fruit and veggies they supply to the consumer.
They have all the seasonal fruits and veggies from all round Thailand and even some imported fruits from America , Europe and Western countries.
Mangoes which is one of my most favorite fruits can be found in about 20 different varieties here in Thailand they come in all shapes and sizes , sweet sour , very sweet or just pour sour used in many types of dishes and desserts.
Vegetables like pumpkins , marrow , carrots , dill , Thai basil , onions and many more just look so superb in freshness and color great presentations.
As for me it is always a joy to be looking around these Tops Supermarkets i must admit it is really hard to contain myself i always end up with more fruit then i needed but it doesn't go to waste let me tell you that. Bananas are another thing in Thailand again they have many shapes , sizes and varieties.
If you in need of flowers for a loved one or a pretty plant they are also here at your convenience wrapped up and ready to go or order to your liking.
Long Kong another Thai fruit very similar taste to a Lychee and so sweet.
Mangosteen very popular in Thailand known as the "Queen of Fruits" they are very rich in sources of antioxidants and vitamin C .
The Durian fruit another national fruit a very smelly fruit but incredibly nutritious they say this fruit aids in delaying aging it may explain why Thai people look young all the time...lol :)
I love the idea that they have a little coffee , restaurant store in the complex were you can sit enjoy a nice coffee , fresh juices or a meal when your done shopping or order food to go.
They even hard a great salad bar choose you own salad mix and buy a fresh piece of red salmon mix it in with your salad and eat it at your own leisure at the tables provided in the store.
So if your ever in Bangkok city for a longer time for work reasons or for what ever period of time it might be keep Tops Supermarkets in mind they have a 24 hour service on line and will deliver your fruits , veggies and groceries anytime , anywhere to you :)

Amazing variety. I can’t believe there is a supermarket or fresh produce market inside of a mall. How unusual for us here in USA. And you said you don’t need a GPS in that mall? I think I would need one. Thanks for sharing such an amazing place. 😊
Really you don't have fresh produce store in a shopping mall over there that is strange are they sperate from shopping malls ?
Why i say you don't need a GPS in this mall because it is a baby mall compared to some of the malls that we have here some run for blocks like the size of Los Angeles Airport ...lol :)
Yes, fresh produce is separate. Shopping malls have restaurants but not grocery or produce shopping.
That is really unusual i just love to go in one big mall and have it all there so much more convenient :)

You are right i must start eating more Durian i do love Durian myself but i can't eat it when it's to ripe i like eating it when it's still a little hard i like crunchiness of it taste like walnuts.

I don't think I have trip a crunchy durian. We usually open it if it is already ripe. I love to freeze it and eat it like icecream! 🤤🤤 I'm drooling just imagining it.
When i buy Durian i will buy a small one that's not to ripe i just prefer it that way crunchy but freezing it sounds like a good idea will have to try that next time 👍
