Sounds terrifying. I still remember my big nightmares from when I was a kid. I’ve heard that dreams occur as a result of your mind trying to sort through the days’ sensory input but sometimes are completely random. Most nights I don’t dream which is nice... but every so often I’ll have one that truly shakes me up and I normally will say a prayer and watch a funny show to help me fall back asleep.
