Random Talks (Parents, Love, etc) + My First Ever ULOG post using Ulogs.org (Ulog Day 50)

A wonderful day to #uloggers all over the world. This is actually my first official post using Ulogs.org. Official, because the first "unofficial" one was typing in a comment. From here on, I'll do my best to make my #Ulog posts in this site. :)

Well, it's finally the weekend! Honestly, I don't really get excited when weekend comes but this time, Saturday means "Anime Time" with my family! It's nothing new but the thought of sharing the same hobby with my parents really make my heart giddy with excitement. I really love them for getting into my world. I love how my parents try to understand me by trying out the things that I enjoy the most. I'm really lucky to have them as parents.

My mama is my best friend since birth or maybe even before that. It's great how I can just be myself when I'm with her. I mean, there are some kids who are scared to tell everything to their parents because le parents might get angry or might not understand them.

In my case, I have been enjoying this openness for as long as I've remembered. Well, there were times in my high school when I kept a couple secret since they're also strict. hahaha.. I just wrote stuff on my diary that time and my diary had a lock. What I wrote that time was the fact that one classmate was courting me and that I also like him, but he was my best friend's ex so I didn't want to be in a relationship with him. Also, I was just 15 that time, so there's no way I'm allowed to have a relationship. My mom found my diary but she didn't know how to open it. Intrigued, she destroyed the lock and read.

What's funny was that when I came home, I was with that guy because we visited the school event nearby my house. My mom didn't say anything until that guy went home. She showed me the already broken diary and I was like... "Ma, the key is just here, why did you destroy it?" and she answered "Ohh.. I didn't know." and yeah, we just ended up laughing. From then, I didn't keep any locked diaries in fear of it getting destroyed again. lol And I think, I don't really need it anymore...





Being my best friend, mama always want to get into my world. She has watched anime, drama, etc with me. Well, I love horror and grotesque films and she hates it... so that's something she didn't join me with. As for Japanese music, she enjoyed watching concert DVDs with me... she even like Yamashita Tomohisa and Gackt. hahahaha~ And as for anime, she watches some like Naruto, Yakitate Japan and now Shokugeki no Souma. <3





As for papa... most of the time we do active stuff together. We enjoy jogging, exercising, playing sports like badminton and basketball together. I need not become a boy for us to enjoy doing stuff together. Well, I'm boyish to start with so it doesn't really matter, right?

My papa and I can talk about a lot of things, too. But not the things I talk about with mama. It's more like adventures or interesting experiences. So while we jog, we talk about his time in his training in the Philippine Constabulary and he sometimes applies them in our exercise. It's really exhausting but fun!

I'm close to both of them, so yeah... I'm really lucky~ ^^


Another topic... I'm so random... sorry I won a poetry contest!!! I have won in the past, but this is the first time I got the first place, so I'm extremely happy. The poem that I made was like a story about how I met and bid goodbye to the guy I like. I still like him until now even if we haven't met for four long years. lol

I told him about the poem and that I won the contest... Here's his reply...





Translation: Oh! Amazing... As expected from you! You're so great like me. lol I really laughed at the great LIKEME part. That guy really hates losing and that's one thing I like about him.

Come on Shei!!! Stop it or you'll get hurt... hahahaha~


So much for that, I'll have a couple classes today and after lunch, mama and I will continue watching Shokugeki no Souma. Ohhh~ recently we've been watching a Korean drama on Philippine TV together. It's so funny and there are some supernatural creatures on it, but mama watches it with me every weeknights. So, yeah... I'll tell you more about it soon!
