My favorite meal is "köfte" It is meatballs. It is very tasty and soft form of meat.. The ingredients are minces meat, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, egg yolk, flavours like red and black pepper, meant, salt. We mix all this ingredients and have a shape which is optinal either like egg shape or ball and than we either put them into oil or grill it. If we grill it of course it is more healthy. We eat this with fried rice. We cook this rice with butter.
