Drawing looking at a picture (copying it) is allowed indeed, provided you link to and show the picture, and provided that the picture is free to use for commercial purposes with modifications (derivative works), otherwise you need permission by the author.
Please read the definition of racism, it doesnt mean what you think it means.
Daio cannot "bann" the use of her "artwork" in our posts, because since her "artwork" is in breach of the rights of the original authors, she doesnt have any rights over the derivative works. Additionally, even if she had those rights, it would fall within fair use, since we make abuse reports, not art blogs.
