I have never heard of those little beans, but, I like the idea of mixing them with the pablanos and a little bit of Jalapenos! New recipes are always welcome!

I think they are pretty regional. I don't think I grew up with them in New Jersey, and only recently have realized how amazing they are to cook with in all different ways! Now I can't get enough of them!
