I like your stuff, but have question. How do you get enough vitamin d without milk/ cheese?
Thanks, brown mushrooms are high in vitamin d and I take vegan multi vitamins.
Hmmm. Sweet, thank you. My wife hates them, so i wish there was a way i could get her used to them. Any tips other than chopping up really small?
Oh that is a tough one, maybe frying them first to change the texture, so they don't feel slimy and mushy.
