1. Prevent:

2. Intervene:
   Would you intervene between a shark with a freaking lazer-beam attached to its head and Dr. Evil standing behind of laser protected wall.

3. Convention:
   At the convention, a man, known only as the "Spanker," wore a hand bag over one arm and was dressed like a woman.
