新尝试意大利咖啡豆
今天第一次尝试意大利面进口的Pellini n82咖啡豆,刚开始调磨豆机的时候用的是single espresso的滤杯,萃取压力不是太够,油脂沫有些单薄,入口整体确实也稍单薄,酸苦平衡,没有不愉快的感觉以及涩味,回甘还行。后来熟悉之后,换了double espresso的滤杯,研磨粉调细半格,萃取压力刚好在8到9Bar 左右,油脂沫瞬间丰富起来,出水顺畅丝滑,可惜忘了拍照。尝试厚度是有了,但是有点焦苦味。明天继续摸索一下。
