I thought this was matcha at first glance. To be honest, I don't think I have seen saluyot. You are so brave to try something so vegetable-y like that. Hahaha!
I was hesitant to try it at first, I just couldn't believe that rich arabs in the gulf are having this molokhia in their table because in the Philippines this thing grows freely in the cornfields and only buffalos are munching the saluyot leaves., just dunno if there are some families are into this diet in PH, but in our place there's none I think and if there's any would they blend it?, I know that pinoy household wouldn't.
