Hey Olivia, I stopped by here and I see that "Resteem and Upvote" are still mandatory rules. Unfortunelly I am not able to join this contest, but I understand that there are a lot of new entries! That sounds very good for @travelsbyblue 's contest

Well, I think that resteem could be necessary for the contests in general, because It helps them to be known. However it is something that I do not like. But it is about me and not about this contest.
About upvote I think that it is not necessary because partecipants' SP is very low and their upvoting power is almost 0. So it is useless to ask it. Moreover there is the RC problem right now for the minnows.
These are the reasons I will not partecipate, even if I am sorry, because this contest was great. On the other hand there are a lot of good partecipants, so the contest works.
