Bangers for Steemit (Week 9)

in #writing5 years ago

Alright, boi's. Bust out those nipples and the ky jelly, because baby, we've got another high octane music recommendation list that's gonna get you hard as a rock. Or, depending on if you listen to music that sounds like a Brazilian fart porn being streamed through a dumpster, maybe it will make you very flaccid. But, I like to think that the handful of you who actually look through these posts aren't troglodytes like that. But, lets just get into what I've found over the past week, and hopefully make your ears orgasm harder than the e-girls Randy Pitchford has been obsessing over while sitting at restaurants like the fucking weirdo he is.

1. Of Man Not of Machine: Metal Gear

Now, this song takes me back a few years. I kinda forgot this project existed for awhile, as they only did one EP from what I can tell. However, this shit fucking slaps hard, and I still fucking love it. This was a side project band whose members consisted of most of Periphery, with now ex tesseract vocalist Elliot Coleman. While being in a similar vein to Periphery, the sound of this band is its own unique thing and I highly recommend it if you like Djent/Progressive metal. Sadly, this was just one of many side projects that Misha started and then dropped. Probably because the band members of Periphery are the equivalent to herpes in the music industry.

2. Ice Nine Kills: Stabbing in the Dark

This track might be a bit of a cheat, but feel free to lick the dirtiest part of my asshole while doing the ahegao face if you have a problem with that. The reason it might be kinda cheaty is because I heard this track months ago when it dropped. However, I've been listening to the album this is from a lot lately, and since it's close to Halloween it's the perfect time for it. Ice Nine Kills is the epitome of good metalcore, in my opinion. And, the fact they base all their songs around horror movies and books just makes me super chubbed up. This song in particular is centered around the classic Halloween movies, and the music video is too. Highly recommend this for any of you greasy fucks who get all moist thinking about people in slutty halloween costumes. And, for people who like metal, I guess.

3. badXchannels: Memory

This project and song in particular I just found out about within the past few days. And, it was certainly pretty weird for me to hear it. The guy helming this project is the former vocalists of hardcore band Chiodos, which was one of my absolute favorite hardcore bands. I've always loved the guys vocal style and Chiodos put out a lot of songs that influenced me as a musician and just in other random ways. This new project is an R&B/Electronic type of sound, and it's definitely way fucking different than previous stuff he's done. But, if you pop a fat boner over Chiodos like I do then you'll probably find this pretty cool too. With all these weird paths previous hardcore/metal artists have taken lately, I can say that I'm fucking pumped for Napalm Death's resurgence as they drop a pop punk/ska album, I'm sure.

4. TREPALIUM: Moonshine Limbo

Last but certainly not the song that puts the least amount of cum in my pants is this wonderful little track. I just found this band yesterday and this song in particular is guarantee to get you sodden with moisture if you ever wondered what music would sound like from the 50's/60's combined with death metal. I honestly have no idea how this band didn't hit my radar until now, but at the very least if I decide to bust out my nipples and go on down to the local bar to do the twist, I can now safely say I have the perfect track to get myself kicked out and banned for life. But, yeah. Highly recommend you at least listen to this track just for the fact it has metal scat music for an entire fucking verse. Shit is just wild.

Alright, well there's this week done. Hope that you guys got a song or two out of this to add to your playlist. I fell a bit behind on getting this out sooner, but I have a very stubborn sinus infection/ear infection that won't fuck off until it reduces me into a caveman with a soft cock in his hand apparently. Hopefully I will have another 2 or 3 posts out in the next week or so, but if I disappear again for a few days and you don't see me, it means I'm probably huffing paint mixed with Pewdiepie's new G-fuel flavor in my bathtub. Feel free to recommend any songs you've found recently down below, but, until then, I'll catch you on the flip side.

Later.

Will do, you sweet baby boi.

What'd you think of that last song I included? I've showed it to several people and the reactions have been totally different each time, so I'm curious what you think of it.

yeah, i didn't write more because i was in bed and i hate typing with my thumbs. I never got good at that. Even Johnny from Cobra Kai types faster and more effectively than i do on a smartphone.

I like most of that stuff to some degree and TREPALIUM is certainly the most unusual. I wonder though, if after a few songs / listens that the novelty would start to be a bit annoying. Are all of their songs like that. The thing that springs to my mind is Alestorm. The first couple of times i heard their stuff i was like "sweet! Pirate metal!" then after a dozen times or so i was like "urgh! Pirate metal!"

I would probably be most likely to up on Trepalium and Ice Nine Kills based on these songs alone. I really liked Trivium but the first song really didn't do it for me :)

I can't even imagine trying to use Steemit on my phone, may god have mercy on your poor, poor asshole.

I listened to a few of their other songs, and at least on that album it seems like they're all like that. I can certainly see them getting a bit stinky to listen to after awhile, but for something every once and awhile it's entertaining. How can I fault a song that does metal scat speak to my very soul? Good lord, my nipples are tweaking just from the memories as we speak.

Ice Nine Kills is one of my top 3 Metal bands, so I'd highly recommend them. They've had one of the most interesting journeys over the years with how they've evolved. That band started out as a hardcore/emo band when I was a teen, and after they split up the singer got new guys and turned it into a horror themed metalcore band. I just fucking love them though, really gets me all pumped up to go to the gym and stare some pussy down like he's my fucking rival that I'm going to overpower any day now, baby.

well, i'm not really a fan of typing on my phone in a general sense and I wouldn't say i'm terribly keen on Partiko for the most part. However, it is the only option that I am aware of.

For me i don't really like to use my phone for anything and didn't even have a smartphone until about 2 years ago.
