Cool! We usually shoot for around a 5,000 word count -- if you want to go over, that's okay too. 10K is the upper limit. The bad news is that 1st week of November is our latest deadline for a first draft. The theme is winter holiday: Christmas/Hanukkah/winter solstice/New Year's. Can be any genre, as long as it has a winter holiday theme. I did a Christmas ghost story.
