My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2018 - Morning and Evening Dog Walks / Today My Fiancé Returned Home
Started my day with a walk around the neighbourhood, today the lens on my phone was clean but battery not so charged 🤦♂️. Ever feel like if it’s not one thing it’s another? Missed out on tracking about half the walk as my phone died with the morning chill.
We were out for about 25 mins, I recorded my vlog of Mel my fiancé returning home from her quarantine then continued for another 25 mins. I realized my phone died just after I recorded the vlog but luckily my GoPro is less effected by the chill this I did get a few decent shots.
I believe my iPhone 6s takes better pictures dealing with lighting and glare then the GoPro Hero 5 but does not have the option of wide angle nor voice trigger.
All in all today was a fairly lazy day for work, only one 4 hour shift doing SkipTheDishes but I still made almost $100 after gas so that was good. I took the evening off work so that I could spend the time with my fiancé, I even put the phone down till now! Did not take any pictures or anything it was complete focus on her and what we were doing which was just enjoying each other’s company. I did however pickup flowers on my way home from work, potted flowers as Mel hates the way cut flowers just die.
We went for a walk shortly after her return, about 35 mins following the reverse loop of the direction Jerry and I went in the morning. It is funny how Jerry will often do this, lead us on the same course just reversed.
We went out for dinner, smorgasbord Chinese at May Gold Village and it was very filling. I know right we are your typical rednecks, eating good food till we are content is way better then a restaurant with small portions but style. We were celebrating having paid off all of her debt at the same time as her return home, now we have another year paying off mine and we should be debt free! Feels so good to have that burden lifted off our shoulders, that’s another $440 a month we can either start saving or pay my remaining debt off early!
Came home and just relaxed, cuddled while watching StarWars Solo. Interesting watching the development of the Chewy and Solo relationship plus the start of the rebellion.
Just taking Jerry out now while I write this, Mel woke up from her nap on our futon and I believe will be heading to bed very shortly so I figure I will go in and join her. Yay I’m not alone tonight!
Jerry is not so interested with going anywhere tonight for his evening walk, “Mel is inside” he is saying “I am not going anywhere”.

Glad that Mel is back.
And I have the not recording of activity happen too - not from it being too cold though.
Yea I am extremely happy she has returned even though the house is immediately busy again 😅
I had a couple situations while they were working out the last update where my phone data and what actifit displayed did not match but it seems correct now. The only reason it seems to stop as of now is the fact my phone was low battery then the chill drains the rest of it pretty quickly, we are already getting frost in the morning here.

Dog nose prints are as unique as human finger prints and can be used to identify them.
Is that why my dog always tries to nose plant me? Marking me with his nose print? 😂

Lol back to normal, now she is putting me to work so my time is more occupied thus missing some of my comments 🤦♂️ I love her dearly no matter what though!

It can be a challenge but I make sure of it even if I need to put everything down for a day or so to do it ... I have to remind myself of the importance of her in my life, distractions have no bounds.
Just returning from another little 24 hr reprieve from the digital world again now 😎
