Coffee and Crypto Pilot Episode - Bitcoin Question and Answer
The time has come my friend! Welcome to the very first official episode of Coffee and Crypto. I am your host, Ken @kenmelendez, excited to find some good coffee and share my insights on the latest cryptocurrency trends.
What is Coffee and Crypto all about?
I felt inspired to create a weekly show to help inspire and serve the community. I wanted to create something fun and interactive where awesome people like you could gain massive value and be entertained at the same time. The only way that I could accomplish such a feat was if I combined two of my favorite things...coffee and cryptocurrency.
This show will be shot in different formats and different locations as the weeks go by. In fact, I plan on shooting 1 or 2 shows with live guests while I am up in Toronto for the Steem Creators Conference and SMT Summit next month. If you are interested in talking about cryptocurrency and would like to be on a future show, feel free to leave a request in the comments below.
What happens each week?
Each week I will be consuming some type of coffee whether that be hot, iced, or some type of mystery item. You will begin to notice a trend of the type of coffee I enjoy the most. Also, each week I will be picking a topic to cover in regards to cryptocurrency that you guys will provide feedback on. For example, this episode is about Bitcoin because it is where I got my start in the crypto world.
At the end of each episode, I will ask you to comment below with questions you have on that topic. If you are one of the first 3 people to comment with a question, I will send you a @steemmonsters booster pack. If you comment after the first 3, then I will still gladly mention your username in the video and in the blog text.
Bitcoin Question and Answer
First off, I highly recommend that you watch the video in addition to reading this text because I would like feedback on the vlog style shooting at the beginning where I go and seek out coffee at a local shop. Also, I give out my answers to your questions within the video. I placed the minute markers next to each question if you wanted to skip to one in particular.
And now, I would like to share the Bitcoin questions that you guys shared with me. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment with these quality questions as they gave me a lot to think about in regards to Bitcoin. These questions are from a previous post that I released last week.

How long do you think it [BTC] will remain the king? Are there others you think can take the "King" spot? ETH, or example?

How much will bitcoin go up this month because it is constantly
falling day by day. And we have lost our hope?

I noticed the price dropped again today...How much lower do you think it will go, and do you expect a rebound any time soon?

What is the best way to use it [BTC] - via what card? For example I use Coinbase and a Shift Visa card if I want to use my Bitcoin to buy anything but maybe there is better out there.
The pilot episode of Coffee and Crypto is officially released and I could not be more excited about it. Thank you to everyone who submitted questions for me to answer.
Next week's episode is going to be centered on...you guessed it...STEEM! Ok, I am a bit biased when it comes to Steem, but that is because I am so invested into this community that I can't help myself. Hardfork 20 and SMT's are right around the corner which is incredibly amazing.

My man!! I finally got around to watching this! I started it earlier today then had to leave. Awesome job with the pilot! And thanks for the shoutout! :) I completely agree with you about Bitcoin, I still think it will be king for quite some time. With Steem and Crypto in general when do you decide to take out profits? I am so tight fisted with my crypto I have converted anything back to USD yet. I realize everyone is different, just curious what your strategy is or thoughts on it are. haha Looking forward to the next one. Maybe someday we will do battle in Steem Monsters! haha

Thanks so much for the mention and answering my Bitcoin question, just hope it goes back up soon, or by the end of the year! Looking forward to next show on Steem, The SMTs were originally supposed to be released near the beginning of 2018 lol, So hopefully a year later they will be, in January 2019, I am patiently waiting for the new Appics App to launch which will be the first to use SMTs Called XAP Tokens, that I have been slowly saving up!

Are SBDs really going to be removed from the platform? If so, why? If not, what the heck is happening with the payouts with SBD showing as 0.0 all the time?
When SBD debt ratio will drop under 5%, the printing will eventually resume.
On the next hard fork, the limit is 10% and that will come into effect towards the end of SEP.
