I have moved all my content away from the now centralized and controlled Steem blockchain to the decentralized Hive blockchain.
Nice Video as always, great tips and yessss I admit, I want the upvote haha but who doesn't ?
We all want the upvote but only the skilled ones will get it. Steem is not designed to pay everyone but only those who create value to others. In the future there will be many more people who will earn here but there will be also a big competition for the top spots.
Putting in the effort now will not only pay-off big time because it is so profitable and will be even more profitable in retrospective in a year from now. The most deciding factor is that you can more easily attract a wider audience here by putting in the daily grind and find many followers. I told that to Spencer as well: You two can make it very big here when you start going nuts on Steem. You can make this full-time or part full-time now and when the millions stream to this blockchain it will be your videos and posts that people will see first.

Yea man I'm trying to get into the groove of doing Vlogs. DTube sometimes doesn't play but it has been pretty stable for me lately.
It works very well now in terms of download speed. In Firefox I experience loading issues while in other browsers it works well. Even on the phone it plays brilliantly! In my opinion, DTube might surpass Steemit as the number one Steem platform in 2019 and come close at the end of 2018.
That intro... boom.... killed me straight away. :D AMAZING! My only question that I have right now (honestly have not researched about it yet) it is when it comes to copyrights?????? How is that going work? When Dtube get bigger do You think for example big companies (video, music) will come to get the users and take legal stands on it.
If you share pirated material you will get no upvote from DTube (if they find out) and you might get problems in the future. Solution: Create exclusive content for DTube.
yeah but dont forget that dtube is not the only one within the community with a lot of steem power and a good vote. :D But I get what You mean. That is definitely not my plan. If You check my profile You can see that all my videos are mine, original and have only been uploading them on Dtube actually :D But well I guess we will have to wait and see where it goes right? :D
LOL of course the time is now thanks to the upcoming tax deductions, many people still don't realize that, and in February it will only get better as the Government continues to shrink to the lowest common denominator (a.k.a. "Govey", I use that word for them in an article I wrote recently involving crypto's -- haha.) I might be jumping on the tube today, I got a couple of how-to-vids to toss onto the D-tube burner.
I assume you come from the United States. I think over there you only have to pay taxes on what you take out of Steem by changing it into Fiat. Something I rarely ever do because I keep most of my earnings in Steem Power.

DTube sounds promising, but my posts seem to generate more votes even though I consider my video posts not bad at all.

To be honest, always when I watch your videos and I see you in the plantation, I think to myself "is he lost?" hahaha
You make great content, though. You can see that because a lot of people are being very genuine and don't just comment "follow me and I'll follow you". This is so annoying because it's only about building a community and relationships with people. This is exactly the reason why I addressed this issue today.

Thailand is epic. I visited the country in 1997 with my Thai girlfriend. It was amazing but I didn't really see the coolest parts of it. Next time I want to see the jungle!
You really love the nature ha? That's great. There's no place better to meditate than in the jungle. It's so calm and peaceful.
If you ever want to go to Thailand again then go the north, there are a lot of mountains :)
