The Basics about fitness

My first post will be about fitness basics. If you know the enemy, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. Your body is your enemy and your biggest ally in this journey. First and foremost, you should realize that whatever goals you intend to achieve would be 80% lifestyle and 20% working out. Which brings me to what i call the 3 basics of fitness

  1. Know your calories
  2. Know Your your nutrition requirements
  3. Know the amount of stimuli (workout) your body needs.
    Stay tuned, over the next few days i will be expantiating on each of these basics. Remember, i'm here to trash the myths and get you to those goals. It's just as easy as ABC to be as buff or ripped as the chad or bella you know!
