From @musclegirlfusion:

"Since I started posting in this challenge, you've given me a reason to blog on steemit. No matter how discouraged I get when it seems like no one is reading what I write, I know I can write it and post it here and it adds to the challenge. So thank you for giving me the motivation I need to stick with blogging!!"

From @bitfiend:

"After starting 6 days ago I already feel stronger. This is definitely the most consistent exercise I've done in an extremely long time but I am happy to be taking part! While I walk around mostly in pain, I know it's all for a good cause! My health! I am feeling better and I'd say my sickness is mostly gone now. I think that if I had not been exercising, I may have been sick for a bit longer. Persistence pays off!"

From @mightpossibly:

"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."

From @notorious562:

"I seriously cannot explain how much this group pushes and motivate me to keep working harder. I love this fitness community and the support and encouragement will help us achieve our goals."

From @khufu:

"Your challenge has helped immensely to keep me motivated lately. I've had a lot of... problems going on so your challenge has been a quantum of sanity in an insane world for me."

I did not count the jumping jacks and high knees with this rep count as you said that we were going to consider it cardio.

Thank you. If they take the 7-10 mins per exercise type, you can add them as cardio to cross over 1 hour total:

20 min treadmill
20 min cycling
jumping jacks/high knees 20 mins (example)

Yes they do, infact only jumping jacks make it in almost 5 to 7 mins. Anyways I'm going to be adding 1 hour of cardio. But doesn't matter much as long as I get fit.
Thanks again mate.

1 hour boxing
200 reps

I felt very energized yesterday, so I threw in a 30 minute jog which included 30 air squats at the top of the hill. (130)

20x3 Spiderman Crawls (1 set = 10 forward 10 backward -- pushups instead, if crawls fail) (60)
12x3 Alternating DB press (24kg) (36)
12x3 Rotational DB Shoulder press (10kg,12kg,12kg) (36)
12x3 Shoulder "L" Raises (20kg,20kg,24kg) (36)
20x4 Woodchopper pushdowns (80)
15x3 External shoulder rotation w/ tube (45)

Already doing the crawls a lot better than last week. Practice makes perfect. Another note is that I've discovered that I run like a maniac (very bad form). I've received some input on how to adjust my running/jogging, and is working on it. Unfortunately, my chin feels a bit sore today so I'm gonna go easy on my legs for a couple of days.

it is really great exercises man amazed

My Assessment

I went for a long swim with my Mum. We have always been a fit family. She is 60 years old but goes to bodypump once a week and I help her up her weights, she also swims once a week, bike rides twice a week and walks every lunchtime!

I teach her yoga twice a week too! So she is in great shape mentally and physically for a 60 year old. She has always been a busy bee and life is never dull with her, she always has something she wants to experience or see! :)

I've really enjoyed being back in the U.K. to spend time with her and the rest of my family and friends.
