Young Bull 🐴 Moose Monday
Last autumn this teenage
male moose was in my yard.
His horns are small
compared to this bull.
As he looks around
in this 2 for 1 photo.
He was looking for
my lilac tree to scrape
his horns on.

icon lol

They are such a fascinating animal you know i have never seen one live yet only in photos and you don't see them in zoo's :)
They sure are, I really love seeing them coming through
the yard. Almost the feel of so long ago when massive
animals would walk by and block the sun, it's almost
like that when they walk by the window lol
I'm not sure if the zoo in Anchorage has a moose or
not but the wildlife conservation center near Portage
has some moose and other critters.

have a yard they like lol
They were probably born in the area and
keep to it. I've been watching them grow
up and have moosies of their own :-)

WTF is that squirrel doing camped out on his head!?
I find moose terrifying. They are giant monsters in real life and they run through your backyard!

Front yard to! They really are quite large, the
scary part is when driving and seeing them
bound out of the forest!
Where did you see your first moose? My first
encounter was in Yellowstone park ages ago.
That is exactly what happened to my friend and I. We were driving in the Mountains in Utah, turned a corner and this giant moose was standing in the road looking at us. We freaked out because the thing was so damn big! It casually continued across the road and back into the forest. I will never forget that. I think you never forget your first encounter with a moose.
Never forget the moose is loose lol
They don't scare like deer do, that's for sure!
