There’s a whole raft of factors that lead to weight-gain, not just calorie intake, such as hormonal difficulties, digestive and metabolic dysfunction, psycho-emotional conditions, and (believe it or not) inappropriate fitness practices.

I’d like to know more about your personal experiences with these. Which work for you, and why? Which have had the most effectiveness for you personally?

Oh wow, thank you for more great info, didn't knew that, but i absolutely agree, lots of factors for weight gain.

I personally enjoy yoga and walking, and sometimes dancing (videos from youtube). Yoga - because it connects me from my inner self not just physical. I always feel refresh and feel self contentment whenever i practice it. Awesome!
