STEEM Warfare of Downvotes
It has occurred to me to look at the recent activity of certain actors of the blockchain STEEM, all of them well known for what I am not going to quote them...
Suddenly I have realized that the downvote war is more than bloody ...
It is a real battle in which big stakers of STEEM POWER devote all their power to defeat the opposite, and from what I see, there is no criterion, all against all, good and bad, former rappiners of the Rewarding Pool against the reconverted new healers, formerly also known as Bid-Bot owners...
Whales attacking other whales, influencers downvoting other influencers, old rappers making use of their "Firepower" to sink the most honest of the steemians, in my opinion, only to take their revenge and relax their frustration...
It does not seem that this war is going to end soon, there is so much resentment between enemies and the stage does not invite to sign the peace or truce since there is a lack of communication between the parties ...
I don't know how much longer this will last but one thing is clear to me, HF21/22 arrived with new tools and rules for the STEEM game.
There are only two options, adapt to the new game board and evolve or give up and get out.
What option do you choose?
I hope this doesn't get out of hands...
I got dowvoted on 10 posts yesterday by rochorelaxo and I never did anything wrong to him.
The new steem might be the beginning of the end for steem! This will not help for adoption and more people will leave.

New steem cannot ever reach mass adoption. That's very unfortunate. New steem is a place... almost a club for privillaged. Especially assuming that price of STEEM would increase one day.
I'm assuming that we will be one of those privillaged users.
This is my conclusion to be here for almost 2 years. The playground of this blockchain is a joke, and I realize that the abuse continues.
I will only keep going with what I have, but I will decrease the content creation and my engagement here. The new EIP is not working and people are making less money.
I'm on the list too. Yesterday he ghosted my last 3 posts, and also tried to wipe out the 4th one but too bad it has already been paid out.
What's worse is that the curation rewards are wiped out. Feeling bad for @dtube and @smartsteem as they won't get anything out of their votes on my posts 😩

Well he can only take STEEM rewards and visibility on general Steem frontends. Whatever post he flags will not affect visibility on DTube or Steem Engine tribe frontends
Some people around here are really childish in my opinion and have to big egos powered by lots of SP and hidden behind cartoons profile pics. This one important reason why Steem doesn't have a big impact in the world of social media platforms. What an impression an investor would have when witnessing such shitty games. That's how human consciousness still works when given the power. We're not ready yet for decentralization, no sir.

I got hit with downvotes on my last 3 posts just last night after commenting with my view of this abuse. Same crap, no comments, just a DV. This bs will just make Steem go into a gradual death spiral in my opinion (wonder if that will get me downvoted). Keyboard commandos just trying to prove what big dicks they are.

No, I don't think the fact you expressed your opinion yesterday has produced those DV, why not on me then?
Let's see how this goes going forward if we keep getting these nuisance downvotes. Seems other people I follow are getting them. Of course no comments from the DV accounts.

It's very saddening to see what's happening. Downvote abuse is something very real and I've met already number of people who were targeted for unknown reasons (myself included).
I wonder how long will it all last.
