Don’t mind me! I’m just burning partiko points and switching to esteem v2
So as you may realize I am a reward hungry steemian! As much as I have fun with this place I want my pay rise you think I show up for free?
So @partiko hasn’t said much nor posted an update in 5 months I think that’s a pretty long time to provide no updates or support for a app that is far from a finished polished product
the final straw and my switch to esteem app
I also noticed as of today I wasn’t getting any notifications on the app so I decided to download esteem V2 it’s seems to be going much better than the previous one which kept crashing but it’s still a shoddy experience at times
The app is pretty jam packed with features but still pretty slow, will need some refinements but hopefully that will come and might as well start earning esteem points now before their SMT launches
So thanks for the memories partiko But its time to go! I’ll be burning my remaining points soon and deleting the app!
How are the rest of you feeling about the app? Will you still be using it and supporting it with delegation?
If you want me back, show some support or open source your projects for others to take forward

I like Partiko!, I use both apps.
Well is it too much to ask that their be some communication and support for the app they created? I really just want an improved mobile experience :(

It is really fast, i'll give it that but what have they done in the last 5 months? not even a post to tell us anything? It seems notifications are back today but I think its the last straw for me, i'm moving over to eSTEEM once I burn up all these partiko points.
Perhaps if we all support eSteem we can get their team to provide updates and give us the app we really deserve

I tried using the iOS app before for eSteem and it was unusable, it just kept crashing and I couldn't cope. I'm giving them another try though, at least I see them doing updates and trying to improve it. 5 months and not a peep is a no brainer, time to ditch a sinking ship. Partiko probably gave up after prices hit these lows so why should I support an app that cant be bothered?

I agree eSteem app is pretty bulky and sluggish but I think I'm going to use it and be active in their discord reporting bugs and trying to get this app rocking. At least their dev is working on things and launching new services which is encouraging, i really like the app has dark mode too.

I checked their discord group too not a freaking peep, its as if they're just disappeared without a trace or explanation. Even if they came back now, I think they'd have to do something really good to get me back. I think we go to easy on these projects because we care about steem but i'm sorry this project looks dead on arrival. I'm switching to where there's development and support. See you on the other side :P

I agree, that's really all I want from the mobile app but if you can't even give me the basic features you had, how can I continue to use you? eSteems notifications seem to be structured a bit better though but the UX is a bit clunky and slow. I just want an app that works and gets regular updates that's all

I'm also trying to rack up some points before ESTM comes along and yeah, don't see the point in Partiko points, doesn't seem to be going anywhere! At least give me something worth HODL'ing I think we all got behind the app and supported it and the fact that they just didn't bother to communicate to tell us okay we're having issues or we're stopping development is a pretty shitty thing to do.
People only support them because it was one of the better options. I'd go as far as to say pull delegations and lets support projects that are working towards something.

I used to like it too, it was my preffered app on the blockchain but the iOS it still doesn't even have features that the android app has and how can you support an app that hasn't bothered to update for 5 months? I do think its still the fastest and smoothest but I want to give eSteem a try since they at least update their app, they also have points, are adding an SMT and support for Tribes soon!
