I came across a great blog earlier today about this! @akiroq wrote Negative Self-Dialogue - an exercise.

If we think negative thoughts about ourselves then we can start to believe them and make them true, so we should focus on trying to rephrase some of our more negative thoughts!

Thank you so much @mastersa for mentioning my blog post. That was very nice of you.

Wow, this is a great idea. Can't wait to see another stories from steemers.

This is mine:

You have to reach bottom aknowledge it and recall some forces to push you up again.

The explanaition:

If you fall into a sadness or depression you can be caught in a sad loop. It only gets worse.

When you reach bottom, it is when you notice or you tell yourself this is absurd, is when you make it all stop. You aknowledge yout pity situation and try to stop your own suffering. (the bottom is a measure that you only know)

Later you just have to motivate yourself just the enough energy to resurface.

When you achieve that is one of the greatest moments of your life. But if you fall again it can get you deeper into the void. So be corageous but be carefull also.

I just have this rollercoaster of emotions in one month. I'm in the uplifting phase, feeling the pull back to the bottom again. And I'm looking for reasons, actions and the means to get me back on track.

PD: there are no ups without the downs, so we got to enjoy all the ride.

Trying to focus on the things that ate good and happy but sadness is very very hard

This presentation was very useful. We don't need to upset each other. People can find reason to be happy. There's no need to worry about anything in life. It's good to be comfortable.

There are days when we simply get up sad, without the urge to do things. It is at that moment where we must look for reasons to move forward, change our thinking to optimistic and focus on removing everything that disturbs us, in order to smile at the world.

@focusnow, In my opinion, in this kind of phase the best thing is, try to move into the silent or meditative phase so that we can learn how to learn NOTHINGNESS.

Silence is the greatest healer if we know how to use that silence for inner healing.

this started to happen this year I don't know why but maybe because I've just grown up (im 19 years old though)
whenever i start playing a video game after feeling bored or whatever the reason ... i just can't enjoy it .my brain keep overwhelming me with facts and gets me into a loop of thinking, he just don't understand or let me take a rest, i know he is right but I just can't enjoy anything anymore even talking to people is annoying me like he keeps saying "you are wasting your time . go learn something new .look at your rivals and......."
that's why i always look sad and even in my college I can't stop overthinking and even my friend is calling me the " sad boya" lol ...
