WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @robertolopez:

"European summer" I live in the Middle East, and I love the warm weather but the summer here is too much and European summer is unbeatable. So much going on, everyone spending as much time as possible outside, as you can see in this photo parents out with their children, mothers taking out for walks their babies, terraces full of locals and tourists and so much life on the streets in a city that you can reach most places by foot unlike back home. Just a backpack and a camera needed to have a great day out in Prague!

I rewarded @robertolopez winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

The world's most special bridge!
While crossing Charles Bridge you feel as if the whole world is crossing it with you! The more you walk on Charles Bridge the more want to be there and stay there. Beautiful bridge with amazing views! It is definitely a must-go place in Prague. Sunset is a perfect time to visit it.

Yep, once you step on that bridge you know instantly you have to come back. Great image to be featured today. Have a good one and steem on.

The Church of the The Nativity of John the Baptist - a picturesque little church surrounded by a cemetery in the Silesian village of Skrochovice that is located between the towns of Krnov and Opava, close to the Czech-Polish borders. The church is also home to a monument dedicated to the victims who died in concentration camps during the World War II.

When I took this photo I was lucky with the weather, I got a lot of sun facing in the right direction. The image shows some beautiful buildings in Prague in front of the Vltava river (you can see the reflections of the the building on the river) and one of the small islands there. These constructions were of the second half of the XIX century.

Not exactly a beautiful picture, but, if you are a tourist coming to Prague, do not try to park your car in a place where you see this sign. This is not a place you want to park your car! I have done the mistake myself, and you will be surprised to discover how fast they tow away cars in Prague...you do not want to park here.jpg

Last year I spend a couple days in Prague in November. The weather was cold and the trees were starting to turn of color already. On a certain point I ran into this piece of art which I really, really liked because it it kind of dark and sad. It just feels like you feel humanity fading away in an iron form. I loved this one!

Wow, where did you find this one? I haven't seen it myself, but looks interesting.

Standing upon the ancient cobblestone square of Třeboň - a town in South Bohemia - like a foreign being while the daily life goes on behind me :)
I have a love for editing and this time I just could not decide which version of my for this entry selected picture I should take...! So for now I simply uploaded both :)
I thought it would be nice for people to see as well the ˋmodern´colored as well as the much more ˋhistoric´ looking alternative which evokes slightly different feelings ~ yet I have no idea if two images - albeit being the very same in principal - are welcome here or not...?! I could not find the answer in the description of the contest so I just let the entry be for now... If it is not okay like this I hope @czechglobalhosts will let me know as soon as possible and I will take care to delete one version & hopefully abide by all rules in the future :)

A picture showing the Vitus cathedral and the caste area as seen from the Petrin tower. The view from the tower is great, but the area around the tower is also amazing for a nice walk.

Close nature to the center Kralovska Obora-Stromovka.
Eventhough not so much known by turists, it's actually very close to the city center - just a few stops by tram. And it's very beautiful. If you want to get to the nature for about two hours, this is the right place. There are also a few places where you can enjoy a drink or a beer with your friends.

The Old Town Square is the main square in Prague and is surrounded by so many beautiful buildings. Unfortunately, the Astronomical Clock is being renovated. The square is really quiet early in the morning, but the rest of the time can be come very crowded. A wonder on earth. Its so amazing to see. so much enjoy the feel of being around this place. I love it beyond words.

Not far from the action is St Nicholas Cathedral and is well worth a look. Absolutely beautiful Church with great paintings etc. Go up to the gallery if you have a head for heights. The church is a fabulous example of Baroque art and architecture. The ornation was just superb to look at.
