Here is the news: today #TravelPhotoContest has started to use the @commentcoin hashtag #cc. This means your wonderful contest entries (comments) will get a sweet additional reward! Isn't that great!
So go ahead and check out / test-drive this new rewarding-your-efforts feature!
I am also asking you for your honest opinion what could be done to improve #TravelPhotoContest? What would you like to see/have. Or what you would not like to see? ;) Shoot, do not hesitate!
I have to admit that the contest currently is barely self-sustainable, it needs financial "injections" from time to time to properly function so I ask myself from time to time is it worthy at all. Hopefully the future will be brighter...

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed from that service as it wasn't stable for me and running sporadically. Also reducing the comment value from 1.0 to 0.1 (ten times) didn't feel right to me. Since then I am powering down and turning those beers tokens into SBI prizes here.
Perhaps a good idea is when the contest account SP is bigger I go and upvote one or more posts of the winner?

I detest the decimal value of comments enough even though the project is a pretty way to award small prizes.

I gave this a lot of thoughts when I started. Apart from three people I know are pro photographers, the rest are simply photo-lovers ;) Not that pro-photogs don't love photography, LMAO, I am one of them. That is why I try to change the theme almost every time. To give everyone an equal chance. ;) But perhaps having a special for Amateurs only edition(s) makes sense. By the way those pros don't send entries too often (unfortunately) :)

In fact, I love the idea of the contest, when we have 24 hours to think, picked up the photo and edit it. And diversity of themes. Even don't know what can be improved ))

I am posting through SteemPeak, as I need more hash-tags (they allow ten) but all the other activities I do from eSteemSurfer for Desktop, I love it! :) When I collect more than 150 esteem tokens, I use them to promote the contest for a day - I am not sure that's the best to do but it has been inviting some nice new entrants from time to time ;) Any advice with that regards is more than welcome :)
