Hello friend @tatjanastan. In Venezuela it is given the name of impossible cake to this exquisite cake. I ate this cake a long time ago and when I can I can enjoy it I do it with the best taste in the world, the chocolate cake, covered with quesillo or flan (impossible cake), the impossible cake, the chocoflan and the truth that I fell in love with flavor; I have eaten quesillo, and chocolate cake, they are delicious, but I have never eaten it together and it is a creative way to prepare these two delicacies. Sometimes, like the crown of the dessert, I cover it with nutella and I give myself life!

My favourite cake is Devil's food cake.
Although its name sounds vulgar but it is yummy.Don't pay heed to its name.

Devil's food cake is a moist, airy, rich chocolate layer cake.

It is considered a counterpart to the white or yellow angel food cake. Because of differing recipes and changing ingredient availability over the course of the 20th century, it is difficult to precisely qualify what distinguishes devil's food from the more standard chocolate cake, though it traditionally has more chocolate than a regular chocolate cake, making it darker. The cake is usually paired with a rich chocolate frosting.

Devil's food cake is commonly a dense, rich chocolate cake, quite different from other chocolate cakes such as the German chocolate cake. It traditionally uses unsweetened chocolate baking squares in lieu of unsweetened cocoa powder. However, contemporary recipes typically use cocoa powder for its convenience over the more traditional chocolate baking squares. Pineapple cake is one of the most exquisite desserts I have tasted.

It is simple preparation.

  • To make the cake mixture add pineapple juice, eggs, butter, flour with leavening, baking powder, sugar and vanilla.

  • A caramel is prepared in the container and then pineapple slices are placed there.

  • Finally the mixture of the cake in the container is added to take it to the oven.

  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown or when a knife comes out clean. When it is cooled, it is demolished, showing how beautiful the pineapple slices are, decorated with red cherries chopped in half and distributed on the surface of the caramelised cake over the cooked mixture.
