Happy Jelly Legs Day! HIIT is the best, and hill sprints are the best. Honestly, my endurance just explodes when I get a few of these bad boys done per week.

Oh man... I'll be jelly legs tomorrow for sure! I ran hills about 4 days ago and my legs were so mad. haha I figure if I stick with it a couple times a week though... my body will get used to it.

It's just SO nice to get in such a solid feeling workout in only 10-15 minutes!

This time around I've been stretching more, took an epsom salt bath, and have been taking some magnesium. Hopefully that all helps with the soreness too!

I also do HIIT with sprints as well as hills! It is a great ways to maintain muscle tone as well!

It's really the best! I love getting in such a solid feeling working in a short period of time.

Love this format! Keep

  • keep it up 🙌

aww thanks @mrs.steemit! I had a lot of fun putting together this 60 second video! I'm used to producing full vlogs - and so it's a fun challenge actually. :)

I've never really understood how to watch appics videos. The link seems to download some weird file on my laptop and then it won't open. Any tips if you have a free sec?

It plays right in the Appics app... but I know it gets a little funny it played directly on Steemit. I know they are working on improving that experience... but it’s weird that it won’t even play! When I try - it usually just opens the video in a separate browser window.

Ahh, yea no app for me. It downloads as a weird file I don't recognize and doesn't open when I click the link via Steemit. I guess I need to get with the times and adopt some of these apps, but I don't even use Instagram, so I don't know if I'd really use Appics. The only reason would be for your videos honestly as the only reason I could imagine at this point. Thanks for the quick info.

haha yeah no worries. I don't post videos on appics that often anyway... mostly photos. I just thought It would be fun to make a little video about my workout and didn't want to do a full blown vlog. The 60 second limitation on appics makes it feel a bit more fun to do shorter videos!

im so jealousy with you becoz whales is always following ur post.. may i know how?

Honestly... it's a lot of time, hard work, dedication and consistency. I've been on Steem for over a year and a half and have posted super regularly and continued to improve my content in that time.

Another thing is that I've been able to attend several meetups, including Steemfest and I do think there is a lot of value in meeting people in person if you can! If there are any meetups in your area - that can be a great way to get connected with people.

In general though - I'd say make content that you feel super excited about and proud of and then get really involved in the community. Start engaging more with creators that you really appreciate their content. After a while you guys will probably become friends and get to know each other and want to support each other's work!

tnx for your suggestion i will try it
