World Travel Pro's 9 minutes of steem testimony. What Steemit did for me and what it potentially can do for you!
Hey there friends and followers, and @surfermarly for organizing the contest. I caught wind of a steemit promo contest after viewing @travelit's entry. I don't have time to sit on my computer and edit some fancy video together, frankly I don't even know how to do that stuff. What I can do is look into the camera and sincerely tell you my experience on the platform, the reality of what it means to get involved, and if it's right for you. I go into the potential of steemit, how it compares to making money on other social media platforms, as well as explain what it takes to be successful here.
I certainly don't expect to win any prize for this video, but in my style of blogging I keep it real and hope that people learn something and find value in what I present.

I reviewed what you guys are all about and I'm impressed. Keep up the great work......and heck, I may have even met you at steemfest and didn't know it! lol Kind of fits my lifestyle, easy come easy go. I even had a private dinner with @blocktrades and @gandalf in Poland, and didn't even know that he was @blocktrades. We just talked about everything but steemit, over a big plate of perogies! Super nice guy and his wife too.

Awesome video.... wow - I started around the same time as you (June 17) and last January my value was almost $40,000 USD .... unfortunately I only sold a little to buy TRON and a few other tokens that dropped. I sold some to buy a little silver but kept about 90% in Steem Power. I had a few Whales support my photography and art work and I think that is the key. I’m in Canada where my Mortgage is about $1,000 a month so maybe I need to move to Thailand

Yeah, the success of steemit and the crypto currency market was short but dramatic. I'm glad you got out what you did when you did. It's nice meting other's here with a similar experience.
Yes move to Thialand! Life is good, weather is warm, and you'd live like a king on what your mortgage is alone.

Yeah... $1,000 per month Mortgage would go a long way over there.... maybe when the kids are off on their own. I just need to sell before the Giant Real Estate Bubble bursts here in Canada. Probably very soon. .... Housing prices have quadrupled here.

One thing that kinda bothers me about DTube is that when I login so I can comment after watching your video, it takes me away from the video and off to some other page, then I have to come back and it wants to download the video all over again.
