A little about me & life as an entrepreneur
Hey all,
Thanks so much for keeping up with my posts so far. They've been brief as I've gotten the swing of Steem. Up until now the most you've seen from me is snippets from my Cats in Hats Emoji keyboard which is one of my fav projects.
A little bit about me is that I'm a not so recent graduate from the University of British Columbia in Canada and studied economics. Despite choosing a safer and more traditional path of study I've done nothing but role the dice with my career since.
Life as an entrepreneur has offered some high points and low points but I have to say you get used to them. Moving more into the tech world ie Steemit and App building I'm hoping will help stabilize my career/life style. Right now I have this need to travel that causes all sorts of ripple effects in my businesses and relationships. I figure if I have all of my work online then my life won't be tied to flying away when I can and flying back when I need to work.
One of the things I'm most excited about with Steem is that you guys will be with me on all my adventures and I can keep you posted on how life on Steem and my apps are going.
To get everyone on the same page I have 3 apps in the Apple app store right now, search Kerri Kinna in the app store to see what I'm up to, and I'm off to Costa Rica in 8 days! Yay!

I think I got some inspiration :p For very long time I was planning how I could travel as well as keep care of my finances. Currently I am a computer science student so I might start doing something like developing apps as a freelancer and travel world or who knows I will be able to support myself through steemit.
Being your own boss is the path to freedom :)
Absolutely. Gotta stick with it though. Consistency is the key ;)
Hi Kerri, I think STEEMIT is going to liberate you and give you the wings to travel and work simultaneously. Have a great time in Costa Rica the wildlife is meant to be stunning - will follow your travel posts if you intend to post? And hopefully you can earn some STEEM on the way......
Hi cryptocurator, I've found Steem to be really supportive since I joined. Everyone is so interactive and supportive. I love it! I do plan to post my travels. I used to have a travel blog but I hosted my own URL and it was mostly just friends and family who followed it. It was nice to have people I care about know who I am but they it got expensive to host. I owe a fellow Steemian a post of me surfing so I'll be sure to get that one up ASAP.

ahah noo you are confusing me or my photos with somebody I guess :) I shared one for istanbul and one for berlin but tomorrow I am gonna share one more for 3-4 days and I choose the city right now it is Rome. You said well :)
Oh I see now in the comments that it is Berlin. I'd love to go there. It's been on my list for awhile now. I love Rome <3 It's one of my fav cities in the world. I live on the west coast of Canada though so I'm very far away. Your pics are very good. Looking forward to seeing Rome.

hi there :) It does let me do what I want to do and go where I want but unfortunately it didn't let me sleep for a few years! Starting and stopping is super hard for me. I'm hoping if I can keep my online businesses flowing no matter where I am I'll have less of the stress that comes with trying to pick up where I left off... we'll see how it goes....
Very good, Cota Rica is great, if you can take a tour of its jungle you will enjoy it, I hope to see many photos of that trip, I gave you my vote and I will also be your follower, it is the way to support us in this great family and I am sure you would have done the same, thanks for sharing your post

Pleasant surprise of your answer @economistkerri, of course I will be aware, at this moment I do not have material to publish but I will do it, I have to visit my parents and I will take some photos, since in the middle of February I will travel to New York for a while and I will try to document what is lived is seen and eaten in the big apple, I thank you very much that you take the trouble to visit me I am very grateful and we must continue in this great family

No, it's my first time, I wanted to travel in December but the cold is very strong and I'm from a tropical country so I decided to wait a little longer, that's why I'll travel that date, and if you know it
I think it's very cold in February as well. I visited the city then and it was so cool to see that New Yorkers aren't affected by the cold weather. It truly is the city that never sleeps, whether it's WAY TO HOT or WAY TO COLD
I am about to live this experience, I hope to have material to publish and share with you
