And There Are Mornings
And there are mornings when you expect things to go well. They seem to be, at first. Sure, your oldest child oversleeps and almost misses the bus, but, hey, high school is hard, right?
The dawn breaks, and the day already looks beautiful.
You're driving, singing along to the radio, on the way to a different school with a different child.
And then...
because you live in a place where the state owes everyone a wheel alignment, a new set of tires, and some basic car repair because the roads looks roughly like this
