Music Monday (feel free to add your own music)
Every Monday I intend to post a music video (and a few words explaining my choice) I invite you to join me by doing same in the comments section below. As the forum (hopefully) grows my aim is that we begin to inspire our fellow Steemians to broaden their musical horizons by listening to the music that inspires us. The only thing I ask is that (where possible) every song we listen to is played nice and loudly on headphones or speakers in order that we capture its true essence.
As more Steemians join this venture there is also going to be the possibility of being rewarded for our musical tastes via the amount of upvotes each song receives. That said please never feel awkward about posting a track, a guilty pleasure or even your own musical ventures. I have an extremely wide range of musical interests but also understand that music like beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder. As such I may play my chosen song, but who am I to define what constitutes good music.
It's been a while, so I thought I'd drop in with this one string street music masterpiece...I absolutely love it, and I hope you do too:)

Awesome track and a testament to the fact that with musical skill, a bit of time and a six string in your hands .. you're capable of scaling heights of musical ingenuity that too often remain elusive to this era of mainstream over-produced, vapid pop music .. in short, an excellent and inspired choice this week my friend. Thank you for the music @palikari123 .. this was erm .. music to my ears?! In both a real and metaphorical sense of the word :D
Going OK, but could be better. That's life I suppose, which is why we need some musical and other distractions to get us back in the 'great' territory. Hope your OK, and I've really been enjoying reading your wonderful series of articles of late, even though my comments have been lacking 😉.

Hey my friend, Sorry to hear that .. equally, I've had a pretty shitty few months/year as well .. so I can relate. That is indeed life, but the downward spiral often means we're approaching the upwards loop de loop .. well that's what I tell myself anyway. ;) Thank you for the kind words dude, and really glad you enjoyed the posts .. no worries about the comments .. when you're feeling down I know it can be difficult to spread the love through the comment sections, just pleased you've taken the time to read and appreciate what I've taken the time to write. Hey @sequentialvibe .. hope you've been well, Ah .. some electro synth-infused music from the dystopia. It was sort of that era of Mad Max and when the electro sound was beginning to come into its own .. and for me, certain aspects of these sounds feed upon that premise, and create a musical dystopia .. but certainly, it's no wasteland of imagination and indeed, with their new toys you can see them allowing their musical expression to run wild ;) Thank you for the music my friend .. enjoyed this blast from the past! :D
Yoyoyo I gotta a crazy dope fresh instrumental.. The technical capabilities demonstrated here are mind blowing with seamless changes to half time and stripped down syncopations within measures like I've never heard before..

Very nicely done my friend .. I concur with you analysis .. masters of their craft! And a dam fine track, digging the intricate layers cocooned within a profusion of chilled, jazzy beats! Awesome stuff and and inspired/leftfield choice this week @skramatters .. never heard of these guys before, but that is about to change! ;) Thank you for the music, and thank you for the introduction!

I've still yet to find a more thought provoking, well-crafted content creator than yourself and have doubts I ever will..

After the last few weeks I beginning to realise what an untapped (on the world scene) wealth of music you guys have .. and this track is no exception! Such a unique and brilliant sound, a real raw edge to it and an edginess that is lacking in modern music. Have you seen the film "Control"? I thought it was really good.
