This song is honest and raw, and brand new.
There’s some hope in it, but a whole lot of hurt, too. Actually, it helps to heal the hurt. Singing… having the music vibrate in my bones… music is so healing.
But I’ll be honest: I was on the floor earlier, back against the wall, playing guitar with tears streaming down my face. Call it depression, hormones, the hazards of motherhood, or just the cost of being human… sometimes it hits hard.

Awe, thank you!!! I've been playing guitar for nearly 17 years, off and on. Just keep at it. This song is only three chords, so you can do a lot with a little bit of knowledge, and it lets you accompany yourself to sing—which is pretty much the only reason I play. ;) Okay, I've learned to love guitar, but that's why I started playing in the first place.
When it hits..all you need is a wonderwall.
And maybe, you're gonna be the one to save me...
