My Time Managing Theory for Up-Voting, should keep Precious, The Silver Mermaids Voting Power up between 96 and 100% at all times...
It takes two hours or 120 Minutes to regain a Combination of 100% worth of Up-Votes, weather it's 20, 5% upvotes, or 2, 50% upvotes...
So, 18 Gold Tier Members at 60% will take 9 hours, leaving Precious with 15. hours...
Next would be 10 Silver Tier Members at 40% will take 3.33 hours, leaving Precious with 11.67 hours...
Next, will be the 27 Bronze Tier Members at 25%, which will take 5.625 hours, leaving Precious with about 6.045 hours...
The 17 Lead Tier Members with a 15% up-votes will take 2.125 hours, leaving Precious with about 3.92 hours...
The remaining 79 Basic Tier Members, with an up-vote of 4 %, will take about 2.63 hours, leaving Precious with about 1.288 hours...
This leaves Precious, The Silver Mermaid with about 1.288 hours to Build back up to a 100 Voting Power for the Next Day of Up-Voting...
Please let me know if you think my Figures are Incorrect...

Gold Tier------18 Members at 60 % Up-Votes instead of 52 % will take 9.0 hours...
Silver Tier-----10 Members at 40 % Up-Votes instead of 22 % will take 3.33 hours...
Bronze Tier---27 Members at 25% Up-Votes instead of 7 % will take 5.625 hours...
Lead Tier------17 Members at 15 % Up-Votes instead of 4 % will take 2.125 hours...
Basic Tier-----79 Members at 4 % Up-Votes instead of 2 % will take 2.632 hours...
Total Hours= 22.712 hours...with 1.288 hours remaining to raise back up to the 100% Voting Power for the next day...
And remember, all up-votes will be at the Highest Possible Voting Power, between 96 and 100% Voting Power...
Right now it's Operating in the 70 % to 80 % Power Levels...

I think SSG works with 22 hours and getting at 100% to start requires a day pauze which we never did. The rest is excle and could be right. Did not do the math myself. I also have to do the match for my own gold membership next month. I paid with liquid steem 112 which is some 160 USD and I get 30 times 5 USD with current rate. I thought I sponsored the others but apparantly not.
You're the first Member who commented this post... There are times when our Community makes me feel so invisible... I thank you for commenting... I've been watching the Voting Power of the Silver Mermaid dropping every day... I went to a lot of trouble trying to figure out what would keep the Power near the Peek... Once my post makes it past the first few hours, there's little chance that anyone will ever see it again... I feel people are missing the Life Line, I keep tossing from the Ship... I have no clue how to program our Community Bot... I was hoping someone with that type of knowledge would read my post and offer some advice or help... I brought the percentages way up from where they want to take them... I'm sure if it's 22 hours instead of 24 hours, a couple percent here and there could be shaved off of certain tear levels... I was only off by about 45 minutes, with 1.288 hours still remaining... I know for a fact that if I up-voted 11 straight times in an hour, my Power drop like a Rock...Thanks again for commenting...

If I put everyone on Auto Vote, I'd lose everyone else who visits and comments my posts... It's not easy for me to maintain a High Voting Power, because I have to give 100% up-votes... I'm restricted to one up-vote every two hours... It's not easy for me, because I may want to upvote 3 or 4 people when I sign on...

I guess I was mostly referring to that must-have Steemit service (not so much your fine 'regulars' you selectively choose to kindly reward). I have never heard the terms; 'Precious', 'Gold, Silver or Bronze Tier' members so need education on that. I thought we were all minnows, dolphins, whales or 'skid-fish' . . .

I think it is 23 hours before your eligible for another vote, if you have a qualifying post. I believe you are missing the 100% daily(ish) upvote that the mermaid giver herself. It helps us all to have her build her own SP along with the rest of us.
Another factor is as I have been working through the membership list, there are a lot of members who have not posted or don't post frequently. That should help the voting build. I think they are doing a great job running this girl and getting it to the sweet spot, hard to recover as the membership grows and changes tiers.
I realize it will take a while to Fine Tune... I want what's best for everyone... I've been watching the Voting Power heading down between the 70 and 80% Power Level, then I noticed a Reduction for all the Tier Levels... I just figured I'd give it a shot and see what I could come up with... If what you say is true about a lot of people not posting, the figures above should work...
