1. When and how did you find out about Steemit.com and what prompted you to start and continue posting?

I first learned about steemit from @stokjockey and it was @dwingsdworld that helped me set-up my steemit account on August 2017. I posted my first article immediately and a second one after a few weeks, then decided to abandon the platform after the second article primarily because I am not a professional blogger and the first two articles did not get any traction.

Several months after, @pit-bullion sent me text essay about why I should be on steemit, citing the relatively wide viewership of my Silver Saver YouTube channel and the possibility of a similar success in the steemit platform. I took that statement as a challenge, and I am one who will not back down on a challenge.

On April 1, 2018, noting my reputation at 25 and 28 followers, I wrote my first comeback article, and have been writing at least one article a day since. Four months and a few days after, I am here:

The first two months were extremely difficult for me. My learning curve was unusually steep, especially because the steemit platform is not easy to navigate for me.

2. How did you find out about Steemsilvergold and what appealed to you to make you sign up?

From the get-go, my articles carried the #steemsilvergold tag because it is most appropriate for the subject matter and focus of my articles. @goldrooster made a comment on my Introduction article that #steemsilvergold is actually a community in steemit. That was an eye opener for me, LOL! Then @roxdude, a friend from YouTube, chimed-in that he’d nominate me to be a member, which he did. After which @stokjockey sponsored me in that nomination for membership to #steemsilvergold. I am forever grateful to them for bringing me in.

What attracted me most about #steemsilvergold that appealed to me to sign up was its membership. #steemsilvergold is comprised of all kinds of precious metals stackers, many who I had previously engaged with on the stacking community of YouTube. I love the ssg-community because the members are great individuals who are friendly, pleasant, very giving and share the same passion of precious metals stacking.

3. How long ago and what first got you interested in precious metals?

I started stacking in October 2015, and had my first unboxing video in YouTube the the month after.

Two months prior, I chanced upon and binge-watched videos the YouTube videos of silver stacker that got me interested in precious metals. Notable were the videos from the famous YouTubers Silver Slacker, SilverFish VT, Salivate Metal, Numistacker and BigStackMcGee. Their message made a lot of sense and resonated with me. I made a decision then to stack precious metals.

4. In your own mind. What type of stacker would you class yourself as if you could only pick one type and why?

I am a saver stacker.

There are several types of stackers. SHTF stackers who put value in volume; Investor stackers who buy for the purpose of liquidating their stack at a future date and value the substantial profit that can be made in flipping at a future date; the Collectors/hobbyist who purchase silver putting value in a wide array of silver and the concerned on the long-term gain only comes second; and the Saver stackers who are into stacking silver primarily as a store of wealth and value liquidity.

As a saver stacker, I essentially look to my stack as a long-term savings for whatever future need. want to have easy access to short- or long-term money, but don’t want to be able to spend my savings easily. Liquidity is critical to me, so I stack in fractional gold, American Silver Eagles and US Constitutional silver.

However, I am like the majority of stackers who also enjoy collecting silver. As such, I collect silver bars that are hand-poured by people from the stacking community and art bars and rounds. I have a tiny collection of coins. I am attempting to complete Philadelphia mint year series of graded Us Peace Dollars, the set of uncirculated and proof US Ike Silver Dollars, and have the complete set of 2016 US Centennial Gold series. I usually purchase one specimen of modern world bullion coins from sovereign mints and other modern coins and rounds series released within my stacking years, such as the Privateer series, the Queen’s Beast series, the Rwanda Lunar series, and the Rwanda Nautical series.

5. Do you plan your precious metal buys with goals in mind are do you go with the flow and stack here and there?

I have written goals, objectives and a strategy to get to my goals.

My end goal is gold as a store of wealth. My goal also includes accumulating a substantial amount of fractional silver in the form of US Constitutional silver coins.

My objectives include purchasing precious metals every month, regardless of spot price and buying only from a pre-determined list of precious metals. The list of precious metals is based on what it is that I like.

The strategy I employ to get there include: (1) setting a monthly budget for precious metals not to exceed more than half the amount of my disposable income. The other half is reserved for my fiat stack. (2) Purchasing only on a cash basis system, which includes the use of cash back credit card that is paid off the same month on purchase, but not going beyond the budget for precious metals. (3) Convert silver to gold only when average cost price of stack is the same as or below the current spot price.

6. You seem to be a posting machine, are you a robot? How do you get inspiration to keep posting great content?

I post at least one article a day. It is my passion for precious metals that sustains this effort. I likewise desire to share my passion for precious metals, most specifically, I hope to attract other females to precious metals stacking. I also get my inspiration from other stackers and their articles. I sometimes post articles about my ordinary life, my travels, my love for food, and other interests.

7. If you could only stack 1 coin, bar or round. Which coin/series/bar would you pick and why?

It would be the American Silver Eagle. It is the primary sovereign minted silver bullion coin of the United States of America. I am an American, and these coins are readily available to me at relatively low premiums over the spot price. It is a legal tender coin and one of the most liquid of all bullion coins because it is the most recognizable silver coin in the world. American Silver Eagles provides me the wealth retention and liquidity that I need to achieve my stacking my goals.

8. On a scale of 1-10 scoring yourself on stackitis stress levels. What would be your highest level ever rasied, what were your symptoms and how did you overcome it?

The height my stackitis occurred during my first month of stacking. It was that very high urge to acquire silver that compelled me to start stacking and catapulted me to where I am today with my stack. My stackitis is managed and kept under control by my written goals, objectives and strategies.

9. Scenario – If you could have free, unlimited service for five years from an extremely good cook, chauffeur, or masseuse, which would you choose?

A masseuse. I am a relatively good cook, abreast with the culinary arts and find joy in cooking. I enjoy driving and enjoy the privacy of being alone in my car. A great massage necessarily needs to be provided by another. it is one of the most enjoyed personal pleasure that I indulge on at least once a month. Not cheap!

10. What’s your favourite food ever?

A well-aged, juicy rib-eye steak, cooked medium.
