Jekyll & Hyde

in #photography5 years ago

On my morning walk on the last Saturday I passed these trees.

From this perspective, it looks as if two trees were united in a single trunk and I spontaneously came up with the name "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde" for the photo.

Jekyll & Mr. Hyde" eingefallen.

Should I have removed the dung heap between the trees?

The sun had already risen, but because of the dense fog and the clouds, there was no sign of sunshine.

Love this! Such a cool thing to find two trees of such disparate color close to each other, and I love the caption you selected! Bravo!

Thank you so much for this nice comment, @thekittygirl :)
I have seen these two trees very often, but I think never at this angle ;)

Wow! What a strange tree! It looked like lightening had struck on one branch! Poor thing! I hope this tree will survive!
Please take another picture here in spring!

Thank you @kaminchan :)
Actually, there are two trees, one behind the other, but when you look at this angle it looks like one ... and both will survive ;)

Okay! Glad to know that they will grow and survive.

What a great perspective for this shot it really does look like just one tree, very cool

Thank you, @tattoodjay :)
I have often passed these trees, but I don't think I have ever seen them in this angle though ;)

That’s the cool thing things we see often can take in a whole new meaning when seen from a different angle it perspective

Yeah, there are some things you see so often and when you change your view you will see them different :)

If you change the way you look at things,
the things you look at change.

Wayne Dyer

That is such a great quote from Wayne and I do believe those of us into photography appreciate that saying so much more

I have heard it for the first time a few days ago in a youtube video, and it has really impressed me, because it's so right :)

IT truly is i even noted it down, it is so true about so many ares of life as well of course

Absolutely correct, but I think the saying is easier to use when taking pictures or similar activities, such as collaborating or interacting with complicated people.

Great title, plot and snapshot! A pile of manure is part of the landscape, it adds to the naturalness of this situation. I am delighted, my friend @Johannpiber !

Thank you so much, my friend :)
At first I wanted to "clean up", but then I decided to leave everything as it was, because I had the same thoughts as you - this is a rural landscape :)

Beautiful photograph....well done dear friend...

Thank you so much my friend @tussar11 :)

Howdy sir johannpiber! That is one wild looking tree. Is that black part of the tree dead, is that what the difference is?

Hello @janton.
No ... you could see the difference if you look from another angle, because there are two trees - a birch behind the other, black tree :)
... and both are alive. If I don't forget I'll post another picture when I'm there again soon.

oh ok..I misunderstood. I thought it was some strange anomoly or mutation tree! lol.

I thought that too when I first looked at the trees. I should definitely post photos from other angles ;)

oh ok good. that means I'm not the only one who got tricked by those dang trees! lol.
and don't worry about replying, I almost never have anything worth replying to anyway!

No, you are not the only one, @janton, even I thought in the first moment that is was a strange tree ;)

howdy again sir johannpiber! well you all have some strange sights over there but you just might have to walk a few hours in the country or the forest to find them! But that also is good exercise so you accomplish two important objectives at once.

Actually, there's a big parking lot there and the path to the lake takes about 3 minutes. Of course, you can walk around the lake then to find a nice place to swim or sunbathe ;)

You just planted 0.11 tree(s)!
